Shout out to E.

The reason you see these are the this is the time for his crimes in Chicago.

He will serve 228 months concurrent concurrent or at the same time as his 30-year New York sentencing 12 months outside of it.

This just came down here at the Dirkson Federal Building.

You’ll recall R Kelly already serving 30 years for federal racketeering from a case in New York.

And now the judge handing down that sentence in court today.

It was a very emotional day.

We did hear from the victims who read some impact statements.

thumbnail

R Kelly was convicted here in Chicago back in September on three counts of producing child pornography and three counts of enticing a minor to engage in Sєxual activity.

The victims in their impact statements described the abuse they endured calling Kelly quote abusive and dominating.

Wow.

Wow.

Guys, make sure you like, subscribe to the channel, man.

You know, it’s hit the scene today that R Kelly R Kelly is um gonna get his release date.

His release date now has been revealed.

Everybody can stop asking questions.

I know.

I don’t know if y’all ever been locked up.

But when you locked up and and and you don’t know your release date, you go to worrying cuz you don’t know when you going to get out of that place.

You like, man, if I could just get a release date.

Well, R Kelly has gotten his release date.

It’s finally been revealed that R Kelly will be getting out, guys.

and it won’t be no time soon.

Say R Kelly’s expected prison release date has been released.

Uh it says R Kelly have now been spent close to two years in a medium security federal prison in Berth, North Carolina, where the former R&B star continues to test the limits of legal road uh that has largely run out.

Incarcerated since April 2023, Kelly is serving a sentence that stretches decades into the future.

Recent reports citing CBS News and later amplified by RAP TV list uh December 21st as a projected release date tied to a remaining uh 19 years at 59.

The likelihood of shortening sentence appears increasingly remote.

Um OG I’m hearing he going to get out in uh 2045.

2045 is when they saying that R.

might may be able to get up out of that thing, man.

That’s a damn sH๏τ.

That’s what That’s what they came out with, man.

Today.

And I had to say somebody cuz, you know, uh, man, I really wasn’t just ᴅᴇᴀᴅ set on the sentence because I felt like the parents should have been um should have been uh definitely uh have to deal with some of this trauma as well.

Um, to drop their kids off at early ages over there with Now, I’m not trying to justify who R Kelly is or what R Kelly supposedly did.

But I am saying R Kelly is a genius.

R Kelly is a genius.

And it ain’t got to be justified.

He ain’t done no.

Uh he ain’t did no more than uh Picᴀsso or or or Maveli.

Uh any of the people that white America claim are such geniuses.

R. Kelly: The history of his crimes and allegations against him

And did they they said Michelangelo need to have Sєx with chickens before he did any of his drawing.

So we don’t we don’t put that out and R Kelly never raped nobody tend to do everything that they did.

They did it willingly and now it goes bad on him.

So, no, I don’t.

It’s just it’s it’s a a a a tragedy that we knew this man was mixed up and he had some things going on even in his young life, you know.

So, yeah.

Cuz I I I mean, you know, when he did when he was with Aaliyah early on and he said age ain’t nothing but a number and they sung that song and they was said to be married, there was a lot of there was a lot of red flags in this situation.

But no red flag.

He dealt with what it if you look at look at listen at his album 12 play.

You hear the uh the trauma in his voice when he talks about when he was young and he wore glᴀsses and people made fun of him and they said no Robert and nobody wanted to deal with him, you know.

And I know that I was I was ugly Mar growing up.

It was.

And I understand the the things that you go through when people down you when you get up on yourself, man.

Ain’t no fun when the rabbit get the gun, you know.

OG, December the 21st.

They got a ᴅᴇᴀᴅ set date.

December 21st, 2045.

and being I I you you’ve been uh in in lockdown and you see these guys get these big set off dates.

Is there any chance of this changing or is this just pretty much what it is once they give you a a sentence of that magnitude? I mean, it’s it’s all, you know, as long as you stay off dope, it’s always hope, but uh uh it’s it’s just like uh unless it didn’t drain him of all his money.

He may he may can get an earlier release if he keep if his attorneys keep on fighting it.

But he didn’t he just got arrested in 2023.

I I thought he’d been down way longer than two years.

Yeah, I did too.

Just in that facility.

Just in that facility.

It’s just in that facility.

But they gave him a drop down date today and it’s everywhere.

Everybody’s uh seeing it.

December 21st, 2045.

Um being locked up with people who have life sentences in a day.

Two life sentences where they giving you these numbers, these football field numbers.

I hope this man that’s that’s something it it’s crazy.

If you you you mess around there and get a football number like he’s getting and then now you got to try to live it down.

Man, that man will be uh a man man to be well stricken in age if he have to go all the way to 2045.

They said the renewed focus of Kelly’s incarceration reflects the less momentum the the than finality.

In August 2025, he filed a motion seeking to remove the US attorney office from his case and efforts that were swiftly denied.

Judge Martha McCole rejected the request as extreme, writing that such a measure would require exceptional justification.

The court found none.

Others attempted to alter his confinement have met with the same outcome.

Motion request a new trial and immediate home confinement have been denied, leaving R Kelly with few few remaining legal options.

For now, the sentence remains firmly in place.

Man, the sentence remains firmly in place.

And that’s that that you know this guy he just he did a song a uh he did a little remix for Chris Brown song that was uh dope.

We just heard it the other day and and I was like man boy you may just want to say man Marke Kelly I thought he was out the way that thing was coming.

He still got he got that talent.

You can’t take it from him man.

You can’t take it.

He he he made a song for uh Terry Albert.

Uh he he he didn’t put out a couple of songs.

Um it’s crazy.

Uh he didn’t put a songs out over the phone.

That’s been hell of a Yeah.

hell of a it it’s a it’s a thing where you he’s never going to lose that talent.

He’ll always be R Kelly.

But um you know the skeleton and that’s what and that’s what America is trying to to uh defen out the the talent of R Kelly.

You know regardless of the few things he’s done.

He ain’t done he ain’t done nothing like Epstein them done.

He ain’t done nothing like Trump.

He ain’t got 34 accounts of taking people’s money.

You got to you know you don’t mind me taking your daughter but when I take your money that’s some serious stuff.

It’s something that that that it was so many people is this domino effect that have when people start coming forward against you.

His people, the people that was with him all turned against him.

All of all of the people that were the the girls that were dropping the girls off.

They had a whole documentary going.

They soon as they get you where they want you, they put that docker on you.

Put it on.

Next time next thing you know, you don’t know what the hell going on.

Yeah.

I really hate that for such a talented dude.

Yeah.

December 21st uh 2045 is the date.

He said despite his circumstances, Kelly has continued to engage with music while incarcerated.

Since arriving, uh at the birthing facility, he has remained creatively active.

Recently remerging through a audio clip recorded over Chris Brown’s It depends.

The clip circulated quickly online, fueled in parts, excuse me, in public support from figures within the music industry.

Both Brown and Teddy Riley shared the recording, prompting renewed debuts among listeners.

Riley’s Instagram post uh marked uh Kelly’s birthday and hinted at a unreleased work.

Still the king of R&B bar none.

Can’t wait for y’all to hear the new music.

He wrote, and that’s what Teddy Ry wrote, reigniting long-standing uh conversations about R Kelly’s artistic leg uh legacy.

The uh reaction was simply divided, reflecting the tension between the culture impact and the severity of his convictions.

Kelly is serving 30 years federal uh centers following conviction for rakateeering and the Sєxual exploitation of minors.

those those verdicts uh stemming from trails in New York City in 2021 and Chicago in 2022 proceeding that brought uh uh uh a decive end to one R&B uh most influential careers.

Today his story continues in the spotlight but behind prison walls man they really don’t see no time soon of him seeing the light of day behind what uh he uh what they say he took part in.

Man, it’s it’s it’s unfortunate for the families that endured the situation, but it’s also unfortunate for for him to get such a harsh punishment.

I I mean, these people were old, man.

I don’t understand why y’all OG don’t stick together on times like this.

I was willing to march.

I was willing to step up and do something about it.

I was willing to walk and go out and say, “Hey, man.

Y’all doing a horse punting on it, and this ain’t what y’all wanted to do.

” And the crazy part is these women were older and y’all didn’t even step up.

Now this man got to get out in December 2045 and all this.

It’s crazy, man.

You’re a hip-hop artist.

You you you I’m a hip hop artist and all of that.

And you didn’t go to one court here.

You didn’t show up.

Now you talking about what you could have done, would have done this.

Rachel said you in a minimum of security.

If you got any money left, call me.

I will break you out of there.

I’m going to Cuba, bro.

You sitting on minimum.

I tell you what, if they had have gave me a for a a 20 45 day, they better have took me to less work that day.

Oh, G.

I’m just saying, man.

Like, but but but you know, on that other side, you know, whatever they say he done and all of that, the particulars of it, that’s on that.

But on the on the side of the music, man, ain’t nobody touching R Kelly whatsoever.

You can’t even get in the same arena with this dude when it come to that music, man.

It’s crazy how talented he is.

But then this part over here where everybody’s saying he did this and he did that.

That’s a whole another ball game, man.

It’s It’s crazy to me, man.

You you every one of these unsung heroes y’all got get caught up in confusion and all kind of rhetoric and next thing you know they got Diddy, they got Bill Cosby, they got R Kelly, they got all of these.

They got Mystical, they got all kind of people locked up and y’all ain’t doing nothing.

OG and I and you with the nation.

That’s what’s crazy to me.

You supposed to be you y’all the one got us.

I I’m still I’m still playing his music.

You ain’t played a song.

We had since he got locked up scary ᴀss don’t care nothing about what y’all do.

Y’all ain’t going to do nothing.

The Christian The Kelly.

Everybody talking about his abomination.

Derky didn’t already showed how Christians act up.

So we we we ain’t going to go for that.

You know Kelly was the dirtiest.

R Kelly wasn’t R Kelly did his thing.

And I really I mean it it’s it’s really a tragedy how we allow this to happen to our people.

It it it hurt me so bad when we let uh the jello pudding man go to jail and nappy negro coons and possums didn’t stand up.

Uh uh messy Jesse Jackson sнιтty Al Sharpton.

No, the man that made I I was just looking at an article today was talking about they call it in college the the the Huxable theory, right? Yeah.

When when Bill Cosby had the the Huxables, the Huxable family, they say 75% in that era of black boys went to college.

Right.

Right.

They had an increase in that era of 75% of black men because he talked about Morehouse and going to Morehouse and Spellelman College, he talked about black excellent on his show.

Right.

Right.

And they said in contrast to that with Lil Wayne with Lil Wayne’s music and the white the music that Lil Wayne was putting out in that same era 37 it dropped to 37% of black boys not graduating from high school with the music that we we listen to.

Wow.

From excellence to degradation.

Now we listen to all that filth.

Our kids don’t even go to school anymore.

Everything that was excellent and black even to looking at, you can look at what they call subliminal seduction.

We weren’t more empowered with Stanford and Son.

You know what Stanford and Son did the blacks? What did he do? Give him an increase on hustling.

He had a junkyard.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And it was a black business.

And and Lamont was driving the truck.

Black people was hustling when they seen Fred.

Right.

Right.

Right.

You you big dummy.

I just, you know, when when you when you think about R Kelly and you think about, you know, the his whole run, the fallback game is cold, man.

Because there was a lot of people did songs with R Kelly.

They they hung out with R Kelly Daily.

They knew this guy, the musician.

They they they was in the studio with him in countless hours, but they fall back game was so cold they never even they fall back game.

They didn’t show up for no support, none of that.

That was the Colon Kaepernickette, you know, he all the footballs he threw when he hit a knee.

Then none of them uh crows sat on the knee with him.

They they were scared of their little jobs.

Huh.

I think that’s what it is.

People don’t people I mean him and what’s her name had uh uh same girl see other men of my wife and my potential wife she’s my same girl that’s uh R Kelly and uh uh uh Usha they had the same girl uh R Kelly had countless of features with different people where he was jumping on these songs of T Payne and all of these different people.

They were doing music with this man.

A lot of them didn’t have a career.

He went and picked them up and all kind of stuff and showed them the way.

Went over here and sung with him in Miami.

Went over here and sung with him in DC and went over here and all across the United States of America and other countries.

He was there with him in the studio.

But when the [ __ ] hit the fan and they started shooting back in their face, boy, they didn’t even go by.

They didn’t even go and say, “Man, we nobody was with him.

” They all turned their backs on him.

Now, now when I not eat, now let me just Hey, pretty.

Don’t that sound like Jesus? Yeah, you’re right.

Everybody ran and scattered.

Man, he So, Peter, Peter, he told Peter, “You’re going to deny me three times.

” Everybody scattered when they when they when they ask him the third time, “Ain’t you with that nigga?” He said, “Hell no, I don’t know that nigga.

” No, you’re right, man.

They scattered, man.

R Kelly, man.

Them boys were with that boy.

But but you have to realize and I I I preach this and I harp over it every We fight for everything for white America but ourselves.

Wow.

Now we mad.

We getting ready to join the army about Venezuela.

We gonna help Trump go over there and fight.

But if we talking about taking over Mississippi, ain’t none of us going to go, huh, man? I’ve been I stopped talking about Minnesota.

You didn’t see that, but I did.

And my daughter said, “You might ought to talk about it some more because they when when people of color have issues and they go through storms and stuff, we got more people uprising from the black community than than they did when when when Sandra Bland got killed.

” You when a white woman get killed everybody a negro is up in arms a Mr.

Farrakhan say the slaves say boss our house on fire our house boss we sick you anything happen we in all the bitterness and all the bad things that happen when it happens to white America we are mad and outrageous about it I’m talking about comedians and everybody actresses comedian black actresses comedians they all upset about what Trump They fighting mad about it.

But I didn’t see the same intensity when I seen all of the when that brother that school teacher got sH๏τ and he bled out in front of his daughter.

And so that’s I mean but that’s if you That’s not good, man.

It’s not good.

We got to do better when it come to supporting one another, man.

And we got to do better when it come to standing up for people and and not tucking our tails and going with what’s the easiest route out.

Most people holding on to they little old chump change.

They all broke.

When it come down to our white consтιтuencies, the Elon Musk, the Jeff Bezos, the Warren Buffetts, the all of them different ones that’s up top tier, Mark Zuckerberg, all of them boys is multi-billionaires.

And you drop down to the bottom and you from from from 400 billion to two billion with Jay-Z or or three billion with Oprah or two billion with and you think you got it going on if they broke if they don’t if they can’t touch those guys and you look at your finances.

Where do you really think you set in this game? What do you really If you if if you know Jay-Z is worth three to four billion dollars, but and Elon Mus worth 400 billion and you run around here with a little old car and a little old house and you think you got money, man, go sit down somewhere.

But regardless of that, money don’t make you, it’s your character.

No, you’re right.

Yeah.

So, yeah, Jay-Z got two billion.

Oprah got two bill.

I remember Oprah made a comment when before they would make a black man a billionaire, they made Oprah Winfrey just to show how black Hey, that’s some real talk.

So, and I I was with Mike Tyson and they asked Oprah what did she feel like being a billionaire and she said some of the sickest [ __ ] I’ve ever heard anybody say.

What she say? Really? She said, “I wouldn’t know how it felt because I wouldn’t even know how to go get that money.

” Right.

Wow.

So, what you what her subliminal seduction where she was saying undercover, I only get an allowance.

It ain’t my I couldn’t ask for a billion dollars.

Right.

Right.

It’s It make me like that on paper, but I’m not It’s just like I was looking at u this thing called Hell on Wheels the other day.

Right.

Right.

And these white men tried to hang this China because he they they’re doing this railroad.

Right.

Right.

And they tried to hang him.

And when they tried to hang him, the other China came and got him off and they didn’t didn’t hang him, but they had killed two more China.

Right.

Right.

And dude came in, he was a big one on the railroad, the China and he came and told the sheriff then he want justice.

He said, “Man, it was a Wait a minute.

You say they put him in jail and that’s who saw it.

They they put the four white men in jail and so the sheriff asked him who saw it because he had to report back to the to the judge for a trial.

Right.

Right.

What was the name of this show? It’s called Hell on Wheels.

Okay.

Point is when no matter what it is, the Chinese will lay and die before they let you just mess over them.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Us I if they mess over you, I say, “Well, it ain’t me.

He shouldn’t have did that.

He did something wrong for No sir.

Ain’t nothing you could do as wrong as white America than nothing in the world.

OG.

But we got to tie our own bootstraps, too, though.

We ain’t got no bootstrap.

Ain’t nobody left us no boots.

We got to tie our own bootstraps.

We got to pull our own Yeah, we got your own bootstrap.

That unity is powerful, man.

We got to have some more unity, man.

This ain’t It ain’t no unity, man.

That’s why we get whooped up all the time, man.

We get whooped up because we didn’t came in from a black situation to a negro situation to a crow situation.

And some of us think we good as white folks.

Wow, man.

We think we Jerry Jerry from Django.
